I was out of town for about a week and am just noticing this? What changed? I didn’t have to reload my mods which is normal post-update.

Yup. I’m not certain why it’s happened.

I think this might be a steam issue, I’ve had this with several other games happening in the last 2 weeks. The issue resolved itself for me for those games.
