Issue Description (Required):
comparing two surge staffs with 80% Quell Speed and 73% Quell Speed:
73:
Quell Speed +29,87%, range -33,33 → +100
Peril Decay 22,55%, range -28,57 → 66,67.
80:
Quell Speed +42,86%, range -33,33 → +100
Peril Decay 31,58%, range -28,57 → 66,67.
these stats sit around 48 and 37 percent away from theoretical max respectively, which seem like some strange inconsistent numbers.
now compare that to an 80% warp resistance:
charge peril: 13,5%, range 17,5 → 12,5 - 80% of total stat.
primary action peril gen: 4,25%, range 6,25->3,75 - 80% of total stat.
secondary action peril generation: 6,4%, range 12->5 - 80% of total stat.
now I don’t have an 80% damage stat staff, but I do have a surge staff on 78% and it’s at 656 in a range of 500-700 - 78% of max.
same with Blast Radius on my voidstrike staff - 80% stat, 20% off from max.
now i checked my force swords as well for warp resistance and damage and they all fit - %-stat matches % of the interval stated it should fall within. (who the hell came up with the idea of giving force swords 6 max dodges, but not being able to attain them at 80% mobility though? that’s a kick in the teeth.)
now i’m guessing UI bug - someone did a double negation or something like that because the Quell speed uniquely passes 0% into negatives in its’ range, but could you guyes check if we’re actually running around quelling significantly slower than expected and that’s why Solidity is such a must have on staff builds?
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
buy any staff.
Observe Quell Speed stats are way lower than they should, given the range.
