Ogryn’s “Something In Your Eye” Penance not being achieved, even when completing all objective steps

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1: Play Skullbreaker Ogryn on any mission with a Deamon Curruptor
2: Kill Curruptor with Bombs Away (upgraded Big Box of Hurt)
3: Do not have the penance pop, even though you have completed all the steps

[PC] Do You Use Mods? (Optional):

Yes, but I haven’t tried disabling them

Constant (100%)

PC - Steam

This is actually known to be an issue if you poke around. Surprised they haven’t fixed it yet.
