Issue Description:
Have tried once more to complete said Penance, I clearly got a direct hit with the upgraded version of Grenade Box, but still doesn’t trigger completition.
Recall not even Rocks don’t trigger the Penance completition, but that was before recent update.
Steps to Reproduce:
Throw Grenade Box into the eye of Corrupter Daemon Engines after they pop out of their gooey hiding hole.
