I am thinking of starting some True Solo speedruns of darktide. Does anybody know where I could get started and know of good builds/maps for that? My initial thought was to do a max sprint and block efficiency stealth zealot but if anyone has differing opinions based on their experiences, I’d love to hear them!

If content creators inspire you, check out ChocoB on Youtube, they do a bunch of solo runs!
I’d go Ogryn, but I’m terribly biased and not terribly inclined to solo! From what I’ve seen it involves a lot of kiting no matter the class.

Gloriana is a great map for solo stealth runs. Sprint efficiency is kinda wasted though, because you mostly slide, not run.

I did some testing, and the zealot with knife runs as fast without stamina as with it.
The animation looks like you’re slowing down, but you’re not.

why would you want to speedrun and call it a true solo. killing nothing is not impressive

I love chocoB, he’s the goat! I have used his builds in the past and tbh he’s the one the got me into darktide!
Why are you so upset that I was asking for build advice on something that I wanted to run? I’m not doing it to be impressive, I’m doing it because I think it’s fun. If its not for you than I have great news, you don’t have to do it. Maybe next time keep scrolling to a different post if it doesn’t apply to you or if you don’t have anything constructive?
Why get so defensive when he asked a simple question and voiced a legitimate opinion? Not sure if he’s the one upset…
