So, how'd you get to rank 40 on Havoc?

I was mainly leveling up with pubs and my one friend, but from level 35 to 40 he was not present :pensive:

The usual team I was finding is: at least 1 Psyker(Dome and pretty much any staff) + any amount of Zealots(Chorus, did not see any good Zealot with anything else) + optional Veteran(Shout)
and me  as Ogryn with Idomitable and Shield

Nobody were saying anything beyond “Ready” “GG” and some comments on what is happening.

It was pretty easy for me to find Havoc groups as Ogryn, as I had pretty high level(900) and was really lucky. But hosting groups was not fun at all.

Also, being in the group it was very hard to pull the team because I didn’t fill in the necessary role of Golden toughness giver, so often we lost because of lack of Toughness (and good players). That is why my last team was the most Havoc team there is: Dome Psyker, Shout Vet, Chorus Zealot.

HELL YEAH! HAVOC 40 as OGRYN!

I wish I could record my games, but my Laptop will not handle it. :pensive:

My biggest complaint is that non-hosts do not increase their Havoc level right after completing the Havoc level, it’s just miserable for many reasons

And the best experience is that I found some real good players that I can rely on, in Maelstroms and Aurics I usually found some alright players at best, but here I feel very inspired to become better

Exactly my biggest complaint and that only host gets punished for losing.
Also, I want the system, where you are free to leave the match if somebody already left without being punished, but the first person to leave gets the punishment of losing one attempt or something. Like Deadlock.

The human spirit and being humble enough to admit my own fault, I wouldn’t have learned if I thought that only my teammates were lacking.

Thank you Ryshek for this topic! I had a lot of fun thinking about my journey!

Now I think it’s time for you to tell your story
