I have reported this bug several times over the years and its back again, I was playing twitch at the time but i watched hordes/elites and specials spawn in constantly that didnt come from twitch and it happened throughout the entire fight which is meant to be impossible.
I have sent my console log to @FatsharkLev unless another dev wants them because i dont like making my pc information public.
