Skitarii: Cooling the Plasma Gun removes Flensing Protocol stacks

Issue Description (Required):

Every second damage tick from cooling removes 1 stack of flensing. You lose 2 stacks if you cool down at 80% or above. This hurts the synergy with the plasma gun.

Also, Skitarii have metal arms. Why do they take heat damage? Yes, metal can heat up, but if the excess heat from cooling the plasma is so strong that it can hurt a Skitarii, then the veteran’s arms would be incinerated after cooling the gun once. Skittarii should only take damage when the gun explodes.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Use Flensing Protocols keystone and Plasma Gun
  2. Heat up to at least 40% or 50%
  3. Cool down using special action and watch the stacks go down
