Can the class get a passive that let’s them reload while sprinting? I am using the revolver and it just is very painful with how long it takes to reload and I cannot sprint without interrupting the whole animation and having to start over again. I think it would be cool for veterans to know how to reload while sprinting!

What they really need to do is give Volley Fire / Executioner’s Stance back its instant reload upon activation. Stolen from the Vet and given to Ogryn as “Point-Blank Barrage.” The Revolver itself should use a speed loader to reload. The only revolvers that are reloaded one round at a time are typically those with a loading gate if the cylinder does not swing out.
That’s actually a nice compromise on the instant reload on ability use. Although I’d still want the instant reload too.

I don’t know how the class was before patch 13, but I personally find the Veteran the most plain and generic class in the game, I hope the rework gives it some character.
