Sienna’s Fire Trail no longer works with any of her talents, or even with no talents.

I am aware of “Fixed an issue where Sienna’s (Battle Wizard) ‘Fire Trail’ would deal more damage than intended” and that Sienna was nerfed for the 50th time but I have a hard time believing it is intended for her only good career skill to have been gutted entirely like this.

Broken in what sense? Just ran a Hunger on Champion, and functionality seemed normal to me. Did you just forget you’re running Kaboom or something?
