it was supposed to refresh 2 weeks ago they delayed till Monday like in the middle of the day. now i am laying out my confusion

But the hard rule is minimum 2 weeks between releases. Sometimes rotations run an extra week. Not sure we’ve gone longer than that in the past 2 years.
