NA West has shown 20-40ms the entire time I’ve had the game. It was showing that earlier today until I stopped to take a short break. When I got back on NA West was showing 59ms.
Are the NA West servers experiencing issues or did something go wrong with my game?
This is the only game I’m experiencing this issue with. Testing my internet shows no irregularities.

@Archnium, I requested for our backend engineers to check the servers - everything seems to be performing as expected currently. It’s possible that your route to our servers may be experiencing some temporary issues.
Appreciate the quick follow up! I just had a chance to test again and unfortunately the problem persist.
I’ll keep checking throughout the day but in the meantime do you have any suggestions/recommendations of things I could try to troubleshoot?
Update. I’ve gone through some network troubleshooting, did a clean reinstall of my game and tested without mods. I contacted my ISP and they report no problems on their end.
It’s very strange. My connection to your NA East servers is showing 63-75 versus NA West which has gone up to 59.
Unfortunately ping in game is always an additional ~20 higher than what is displayed on the mission terminal, meaning we are sitting close to 90ms in game which is extremely frustrating.
I’ll keep checking back in. Maybe it’ll fix itself.
