Issue Description (Required):
I am here for my daily reminder that the NA West server is still in bad shape. It was slightly less bad today, however once my german friends joined in, somehow, magically, my gf and I both started lagging like crazy.
I was having a hoot with the double-brainbursts it was giving me, though.
