Server Error showing up based on location?

Heya, when trying to log into the game I got the “Server Error. Sign-in timeout”. I’ve tried most solutions offered online (flushing dns, verifying files, restarting..) to no avail.
I have 4 friends (as of now) who are having the same issue as me.
Out of frustration I decided to use VPN, and surprisingly, I managed to log in.
I suggested my friends try the same and it worked for them too. I think it’s important to note my friends live in the same country as me.
I would rather NOT use VPN every time I play, so is there a solution for the issue? Is that a known issue?

  • I had no issue when playing a week ago
  • Despite the VPN I was still unable to invite or join my friends

Not all of them.
Just tried playing again and it logged me in, no issues :smiley:
I have no idea why it suddenly works, but no complaints haha. I was just worried my country was perhaps banned and that the issue will not resolve unless I report it.
