Server Error has progressed. Completely unable to play currently

Yesterday, I had an issue where I was receiving Server Error messages around 1 minutes after character selection. This issue has now progressed and I’m mostly unable to get past the “Consulting Roster of Accomplishments” message prior to the “Start Game” screen. I’ve retried a handful of times; Out of 7 attempts, I’ve only successfully made it into the Keep twice.

The log provided pertains to a session where I was disconnected at the “Consulting Roster of Accomplishments” message.

I can see requests to the backend appear to be timing out. I’ve passed this information and your log on to one of our backend developers to review.

I’ll let you know once I hear back from them! Though as a heads up, this may not be until early next week now.
