Server crashes (Error 2014?) if an Arbiter's "Dog Ping" and a Veteran's "Focus Fire" are activated on the same target

When an dog attack order (purple ping) is issued on top of a focus fire target (yellow ping), or vice versa, the server crashes.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Launch a mission with arbiters and veterans equipped with Focus Fire.
  2. Spam the tag button!
