Issue Description (Required):

When Focus Target’s Ping is overlapped with an Arbites Cyber-Mastiff Ping it crashes the lobby.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Load into match with Focus Target Keystone Vet and Arbites with Cyber-Mastiff
  2. Ping an elite with Focus Target
  3. Double ping same elite with Arbites
  4. Results in Error Code 2014
