This I think is the result of how the models are rigged. They’re all ‘held’ the same way so in combat the eagle points ‘forwards’ from the character like normal but because of the angle used here it’s held ‘backwards’ in the doll view. This actually makes sense since if you pretend to hold the staff in that orientation and bring it down to the charge attack pose, the eagle will be facing the correct way. Like this pose: [Screenshot 2026-03-19 035445]

That said, i still would prefer it to be facing forward in the idle inventory pose.

I agree. It just looks silly facing backwards.

It’s also backwards on the character in missions and the Psykanum by the way: [1361210_20260407233002_1] And although it seems okay from first person, IMO it would just look as good the other way around, since the staff is held sideways anyway. [1361210_20260407233747_1]
