"Seer's Staff" cosmetic bug

Issue Description (Required):

The “Seer’s Staff” cosmetic has a visual bug that in third person view the Aquila is faced away from the wielder. This is in contrast to the first person view, which shows the Aquila facing the wielder. I am assuming the first person view is the correct of the two, since it looks way better.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

1. Equip the “Seer’s Staff” cosmetic to any of the Psyker’s skins.
2. Compare its position in first and third person views.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
