A second Keybinding for every action would be really nice, for example text messages on enter under the backspace and enter from the numpad for messanges. Or if you have a 4-way mouse wheel, left and right wheel has weapon 1 and weapon 2

Yeah it was a nice late addition in VT2, sorely missing here.
FWIW, at least with most/all mouse software you can have different game profiles auto-applied.
