Male Professional voicelines are modified as normal for everyone, but the Shout Ultimate, while modified locally, is not modified for other players.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Play as the Veteran with the Male Professional Voicelines and have the Tempestus Scions helmet equipped.
  2. Use the Voice of Command Shout.

Yes, and I’ve tried disabling them
