Issue Description:
Applying any helmet that doesn’t have a faceplate (Balaclavas shouldn’t count as faceplates either. Only closed helmets should have Vox Voices) changes character voice to Vox-style.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Play any character (especially Ogryn)
- Where the Beta helmet
- Listen to the voice-lines during missions
- Hear voices being vox-like and deeper
