nah, your attitude is the worst in the community. if you’re that upset, just go play something else, you are not adding anything to the discussion by attacking the developers with emotional arguments. yes the delays have been many, yes the content has been too slow, but your statement that they don’t even want to work on the game is just whiny speculation which you haven’t defended with any type of source. just yelling your half brained feelings out there.
no one is “coddling” the developers, we are all frustrated, but we are not attacking their integrity like you.
now what i logged in to actually say is that 1.1k players are waiting for the itemization reveal on youtube, which is 20% of the active playerbase. clearly there is a lot of interest and hopefully today’s reveal has some new content (in addition to new blessings) to sweeten the crafting changes. although from what i’ve seen i will likely be jumping back in to the game for the first time since june to try it out.
Opinions can be different and they can also be positive or negative.
These aren’t mutually exclusive.
You don’t have to stop being negative, other users do it too. Just don’t be surprised when people accuse you of coming off that way, it makes you seem like you’ve either stuck your head in the sand or have no self awareness.

Commander, you haven’t even seen what’s in the video yet. None of us have. Neither of us have any idea what that video is gonna say in 20 min.
Yes, they’re obviously calling it Unlocked and Loaded to call into being the idea that they’re breaking the locks. Yes, the current system doesn’t make use of it. No, we arent “in jail,” we have no idea where we are, but clearly FS thinks we’ll enjoy the changes enough that they’re betting they aren’t simply making themselves look like jerks with the timer on the release video.
We’ll have to see. That’s literally where we are for the next 15-20 min and that’s fine.
Considering they never bothered with a part 2 of the item blog, nor bothered with any update at all to get a second round of feedback, it’s guaranteed nothing has changed. In any case, the video might show us that.
I firmly believe that some specific people at Fatshark, in positions of authority, are doing a pretty bad job coordinating this vessel. But my dude, its not that deep. See and fix the flaw in the structure, don’t knock the whole thing down
You must not have read the posts from people saying devs just need more time, they’re everywhere on steam forums and here. You must be okay with being blatantly lied to in order to maintain that mentality. “You have a bad attitude even though the developers have tried deleting proof of their lies on multiple occasions and even go to lengths to try and make us look stupid.”
You don’t care about any of that, what matters to you is giving the devs their nice compliment and understanding attitude even though its very clear they do not respect you or your time. Keep up with that attitude, it’s why so many games are in the position of money over gameplay improvements to begin with.
Oh and what isn’t that deep exactly? Explain to me please. Are you referring to the constant barrage of cosmetics being released monthly yet we are missing basic QoL improvements? Or are you referring to the devs trying to delete posts and straight up lie to us? It only goes as deep as you care for it too. Seems like the majority of you just have the “ehh I don’t care because I just want to play the game” mentality. That’s fine, keep on playing the game and maintaining that neutrality I am sure it will help in the long run.
The cosmetics are lined up, long in advance, trickled out to bring in some revenue.
The QoL improvements are being worked on, starting with the crafting. (I agree, they are pretty damn awful at actually doing things in a decent time, but they clearly are playing catch up here.)
Deleting posts? Are you that crazy guy who was posting weird comments in the dev posts, saying you were having your comments hidden? Because otherwise I don’t got a clue what you’re talking about. I’ve said some really dumb s**t in my time and had that stuff hidden. Idk, use your brain. Say weird stuff, people are gonna request that stuff to be hidden. Its partly community controlled, man.
Anyway, you wanna throw nonsense at people who are actively trying to help the game in the long run, simply because we aren’t as uh… ?extreme? as you, sure, whatever, I’ll just ignore you.

I’d love to have at least a decent chance of posting something here without coming back later to find somebody derailing it with bad faith takes or a willingness to un-read the room, as if it’s somehow possible to buy back one’s impression of a group of people so you don’t have to take them into account when speaking to them.
Commander’s unfortunate veracity, though he and I sometimes agree. Jakal’s generally insulting behavior. Ralendil’s inability to follow a point, though to be fair I don’t think the guy has English as a first language. Now, Cosmo’s inability to just stop arguing with people for a minute.
Good lord. What am I doing here? Why am I wasting my finite time on this planet speaking with anybody on these threads if i know there’s probably a mathed-out TTC (Time To Cosmo) for every conversation on this forum board, after which its reached its expiration date? It’s like picnicing outside; if you leave your food unattended for too long, some pest will come along to ruin it. Why shouldn’t I just go?
Doesn’t matter where in life you are, you’ll get the same types of humans! I learned to love them, despite our differences. For example, my friend Sean (irl), he always tries to argue the opposing side, even if he doesn’t actually believe it can get a little tiresome, but then sometimes he surprises me and actually has a good point, lol.
Anyways, you already know all this I think, you seem like you got your head on the right way I’ve met some really, really lovely people on this forum and I’m sure you agree!
I am more curios why you want to block anyone and everyone that has a difference of opinion from you? You do understand this is part of life. At your job, you aren’t going to agree with everyone. Your family? You aren’t going to agree with everyone. You going to magically block them as well to make yourself feel better about your inability to properly engage with conversation and difference of opinion?
Your post is basically “I don’t want to ever see anyone that has a difference of opinion from me because it bothers me” Make your post, whoever replies if they disagree or say something mean - who cares? Why does that have a personal affect on you? We are typing over a keyboard on a random forum on an internet space. None of this should have any affect on you once so ever.
Brother, I don’t want to block anyone and everyone who has differences in opinion than I do. I get into lil tiffs with Commander J and with Ol Jakal all the time around here and disagree with them both generally, and yet I haven’t blocked them or anybody.

But good lord, every thread on this website has an expiration date, Cosmo, and that time - the point at which a thread begins to die, sometimes rapidly - is when you walk in, because nobody here wants to deal with your guff. You don’t have to be like this in your daily life, brother, it doesn’t have to be this bad.
