Issue Summary:
I activated quite a few sanctionned mods and when I log in the official realm I m getting the following messages since patch 1.2 :
System: [ModManager][error] Trying to load mod with steam id XXXXXX, not in downloaded list
Here is the console output

I removed a few mods, reinstalled others, managed to get rid of the messages on login but it was painful :
Message are not quite clear about what mods are failing to load.
I could identify a few through the following folder from the console logs :
…\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\552500<mod id>\
Some mods had more than a simple mod.bin file and I got rid of those.
Also, I tried to remove an unsanctioned mod from the steam workshop with the Vermintide Launcher still active and mod still active (for testing purpose)
I restarted the launcher, and I couldn’t join the official realm since the uninstalled mod was still considered active.
So i had to go bakc to the workshop, reinstall the mod, restart the launcher, remove the mod from the launcher list and then remove it from the workshop and back to normal.
So I guess it’s missing a few checks upon restart. Or maybe you could add a “refresh mod” than would remove all mods from the install folder and maybe mods would reinstall upon game launch (as it seems managed from steam and not the launcher)
