Back in December last year a user reported the rumbler’s Penetration (Blast) description was either wrong or not applying correctly. This is STILL the case one year later despite being marked as acknowledged. According to the text is says the blast damage should be modified against Flak, Carapace, and Unyielding. This does not seem to be the case or if it is too many things are interacting with it for the numbers given to accurately reflect the damage a player should expect to deal with the explosion portion of the rumbler’s attack.
Steps to Reproduce (Required):
Shoot Rumbler in Meat Grinder and observe results.
