Rumble not working on Pc controllers

Hey everyone! I posted in the bug fix section, but I was just curious if any console or Pc players with controllers have rumble? Most people say “no” but a couple people have told me yes, so I am trying to trouble shoot what the problem is.

So far I’ve tried

  1. Buying a new controller lol both Razer and Elite 2 don’t work for me on steam
  2. Disabling “use steam controller “ in the steam settings
  3. Disabling “use steam controller settings” specifically for DT

Any WinPC users have the same experience or mind plugging a controller in to see? The biggest problem is there is no rumble for guns, which sucks big time. There is some rumble for “immersive events” which I don’t really care about. I want my guns to rumble! lol

Im a little in disbelief that FatShark didn’t add rumble so I’m thinking it’s something with steam?
