Currently a big negative with Havoc I can see is it’s lack of resource drops, I see literally no reason why Havoc (and any other special missions quite frankly) shouldn’t have resource drops kept in. I get there’s a little resource box at the end of the week for Havoc in particular, but striking out one of the reasons to even explore the maps is not the brightest idea. Would appreciate if this was undone and Havoc missions still gave resources, it’d be nice to participate in your “end-game content” while still getting resources to fund stuff to take on said content.

i think thats a win, players that approach Havoc shouldn’t need resources in the first place, discouraging the new players to approach it

As a completionist and collector, I am grateful to have a mode where I can focus on the action.
I am 100% OCD over P L A S T E E L and I cannot help myself. I have died in Auric Maelstrom more often over plasteel gathering detours than I can count.

If that was the case they wouldn’t be offering resources in the Havoc boxes, which from the box I got is pitifully low, granted I wasn’t a high rank but the several missions I did to get to the rank I am would’ve netted me much more resources than the box gave me. They also wouldn’t just be restricting it to level 30 and completing regular maelstrom mission so as it stands new players already don’t approach it. As someone who has done quite alot, all characters 30 and all masteries done with plenty of auric stuff done (including getting the ASS title), I still need resources to empower some weapons(mainly diamantine) and buy alternate versions for different builds, especially when they come out with more weapons.
i didn’t mean it was their (the devs) intention, i meant that its a win in general not being mats pickups
their intentions were very different, just look at this penance
