Reinstall fails to start, shows blank error

Issue Description (Required):

Recently reinstalled Darktide on Steam, but anytime I click play either nothing will happen or (if I’m starting the launcher and game as Administrator) it will just show up as a blank error. I have verified the files, deleted the app data and verified, reinstalled it multiple times, made sure drivers are up to date, and uninstalled/reinstalled Visual C++ redistributables.

That’s a really unfortunate error. Is a darktide_launcher.log produced? If so, could you please upload it here?

Unfortunately it seems that the issue is not producing any log files. If the app data has been deleted then when I try to start the game through Steam it will result in no files being created at all.

We’ve recently released a large update - interested to see if there’s any change for you?

The issue seems to persist, but when I have time i’ll try to run through the fixes again to see if anythings changed.
