Dear Fatshark,
I am writing to request a refund for two items I recently purchased from your store: Militarun Field Fatigues (Gerdan Pattern) and Hostile Environment Field Kit (Ice Mourn). Both items are part of the same bundle and unfortunately exhibit significant clipping issues when worn together.
I would like to bring to your attention that the current display method on your website does not allow customers to identify these issues before making a purchase. The items appear seamless until acquired, making it challenging for clients to anticipate such complications.
To address this, I propose implementing a feature that enables users to inspect the entire bundle simultaneously. Allowing customers to rotate all the cosmetics of a set at once would significantly enhance their ability to identify and avoid potential clipping issues. This change would provide a fair opportunity for users to assess the coherence of items within a set before finalizing their purchase.
In the interest of transparency and customer satisfaction, I kindly request that you consider implementing this feature. Additionally, I am attaching two images illustrating the issues: two depicting the shop’s failure to display clipping prior to purchase and the inability to inspect the whole set, and two showcasing the specific clipping problems.
