Issue Description:
Tested in meat grinder with creature spawner. When dodging enemy melee attacks I reliably see reciprocity proc. When dodging ranged attacks, whether by sprinting, sliding, dodging, or the ghost blessings, no stacks appear. Tested against shooters, gunners, shotgunners, reapers, and snipers.
