Intentional change. At the end of each season (they last around 3 months) everyone gets deranked to the closest 10th multiplier
31-40 becomes 30
21-30 becomes 20
11-20 becomes 10
1-10 becomes 1 (I think)
Kind of a bad thing to have especially since havoc changed nothing this season (they added only 1 environmental modifier, and shuffled maps around)

What an absolute d*ck move. By now it shouldn’t go down one level. Havoc definitely still needs work.
