Issue Description:
Holding R to vent peril whilst charging the Force Staff will continue to charge the staff even if right click is released.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Equip a Force Staff as Psyker
- Hold right click to begin charging spell
- Hold R and observe that quelling does not begin
- Release right click whilst still holding R and observe that charging the spell continues
