Issue Description:
When charging an attack with the Trauma Force Staff if you press “R” to quell just before releasing the right click button it doesn’t quell and the attack keeps charging even if you release the right click button.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Charge the attack with right click
  2. Click “R” to quell without releasing right click
  3. Release right click while still pressing “R”
    → the psyker keeps charging the attack, no quell.
