QoL for Penance Station's UI

I have a small gripe with the new penance system that the icon for completion completely obscures the name and description of the penance.

Being able to see what penances you’re redeeming would be a nice QoL for helping you keep track of what penances you’ve accomplished, and making the feeling of reward just a bit more substantial than mindlessly clicking the big fat completion icons.

the penances tab is what that’s for, you’re in the reccomended tab. yeah having “reccommended | penances” is a little baffling but click the “penances” up at the time.

You misunderstand, sometimes you or a team member accomplished a penance you weren’t going for and I don’t want to have to sift through the wall of penances for the icon or the (often broken) chat log to realize the penances I stumbled over.

Not a huge deal, it’s just satiating my my minute curiosities when I actually care about the penances I’m doing. I personally like the idea of recommending penances but I just feel like an awkward design choice to obscure the names.

On the other side of the coin, when I really don’t care about my penances having a “Redeem all” function would be most helpful.

UI design is like some sort of dark art that most devs (fs included) don’t do well.

Bad UIs don’t do much to stop people playing games unless they’re completely incomprehensible, so they don’t have much reason to invest in them properly.
