Psyker's warp charges are not fun to manage and become more of a chore than a fun gameplay element

Agreed, warp charges are a bad mechanic, and having every single level 25 and 30 talent based on either charges or brainburst makes it so that every Psykinetic build is a brain burst build.

I wish the class was more like Veteran where brain burst is just one thing you can build for out of several.
