Unable to target brain burst through shoot-throughable walls such as fences.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Attempt to aim brainburst through fence at enemy
  2. Be unable to do so

railings as well block psyker brain burst use, but you can shoot them with a ranged weapon no problem. makes being the “elite targetter” very difficult at times.
