It gives shield a 10% chance to stun with 100% chance to stun elites/specialists. The stun on elites/specialists is very good as it makes the shield feel tactical, but the 10% chance to stun anything else takes away from that. It is a fun ability to figure out what hallways and doors to place it, but it would be nice if instead of 10% chance to stun it slowed enemies that passed through it, or even quelled peril by 1%-2% for every enemy that passed through the threshold.
