Psyker: Unable to quell peril at 100% - sometimes

Often but not always you are unable to quell peril or switch weapons when you have 100% peril. Venting Shriek is the only thing that can save you.

  1. Use your staff to get your Peril to 50% or more (I use voidstrike, unsure if this matters)
  2. Spam Assail until your Peril reaches 100%
  3. Try to Quell. If you can. Repeat steps 1-2 and you’ll eventually trigger the bug.
    When the bug happens you cannot Quell or switch weapons.

Note: I’ve always been in a mission when this happened. Not tested in the Psykhanium.

If you reach 100% and go past it by a certain threshold, you will not be able to quell.
