Issue Description:
When using the psyker push, it really seems its strength / distance vary depending on time.
It also sometimes seem to totally miss mobs totally in its cone.
Steps to Reproduce:

- Use Psyker push
- Random result
- Possible disapointment that this one basic mob seems to have said he doesn’t feel like being pushed.
