It would be great to see more Psyker melee focus in the Talent Tree, so here’s a few Talent changes and additions that could help do this, along with some suggestions to fix a few underperforming Talents.

Smite: Unleash a torrent of Bio-Lightning - a fast, channelled attack that Locks to and Stuns an Enemy while dealing Damage. Charge to unleash a focused blast - consuming one charge, that deals high damage to the first enemy hit and knocks nearby enemies to the ground, applying Electrocution to all enemies affected. One charge replenishes every 60 seconds, max 3 charges held.
Charged Strike: Your Heavy Melee Attacks electrocute enemies hit, damaging them.
Enfeeble: Enemies Electrocuted by you take +10% increased Base Damage from all sources for 5s. Stacks 3 times.
Crystalline Will: You no longer Overload through Perils of the Warp, but you still take the appropriate Corruption Damage.
Heinous Frenzy: For every wound that is Corrupted, you gain +5% melee attack speed, to a maximum of three wounds. Additionally, health damage is no longer taken until Toughness is lower than 25%. (Below Crystalline Will)
Strength in Solitude: +2 Wounds. (Below Warp Rider)

Brain Rupture: Now has 6 charges, Per charge on cooldown Brain Bursts Channels 10% faster and generates 10% less peril. Using Brain Rupture consumes one charge, one charge replenishes every 10 seconds. (At 6 stacks, 1.2 sec BR, at 0 stacks 3s BR). Additionally, allies can no longer see Brain Rupture until it completes.
Kinetic Rejuvenation: Melee kills replenish one Brain Rupture charge.
Kinetic Flayer: Attacks against tagable enemies will Brain Rupture the target and consume a charge at no peril, 10s CD.
Psykinetic’s Aura: 100% Ability Cooldown regeneration for 3s when you use a blitz charge.
Perilous Assault: Up to 50% Swap Speed and Staff Charge Speed as your peril increases.
Kinetic Pressence: +10% Damage against Elites and Specialist for you and allies in coherency.
Prescience: You and Allies in Coherency gain +10% Critical Hit Chance.
Unlucky For Some: When an Ally in Coherency takes damage, all other Allies in Coherency recieve +10% Toughness Damage Reduction for 10s. Cooldown 30s.
Warp Rupture: Venting Shriek increases warp attack power by up to 25% for 5s based on your current Peril. (Tweaked)
