Issue Description:
Hey team! Before Patch 15, my Psyker character’s hairstyle with the Psi-Veil cosmetic would be adjusted/pulled back a bit so as to not clip with the visor and other elements of that cosmetic which was great. After Patch 15 the hair is appearing as it naturally does which now makes it clip through the cosmetic.
Steps to Reproduce:
Equip the second to last hairstyle which is long with a quarter of the head shaved
Equip the Psi-Veil cosmetic from the Kinetic Killer 2 Penance
See that the hair is now clipping through the cosmetic
