Psyker hair clipping with back of metal visor cosmetics

Issue Description (Required):

Both psyker head cosmetics with the metal visor used to not display hair on the back of the head. Since patch 14, hair now pokes through and clips into the metal visor cosmetic and any collar there may be.

Play psyker and use the mentioned cosmetics
