Psyker peril causes additional instant death after being revived

My psyker has 2 wounds and I exceeded 100% peril and was about to go down due to this (the animation already started), but before that happened I got killed by an enemy.
So I was down with 100% peril and after a team mate cleared the area and revived me (still having 100% peril), the peril animation triggered after being revived and I lost my second wound immediately, which caused me to die.

So either

  • the peril explosion should override getting killed by health loss because the player is already dying, or
  • the peril should decrease while being down, or
  • the peril explosion triggers while being down

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Exceed 100% peril, let the peril animation start, but get killed e.g. by a Rager. I think this is rather rare to happen in game but it should be reproducible.
