Psyker explodes after being rez'd

When my psyker hit overload and was in animation to explode, i was struck by a bulwark and went down. After being rez’d my psyker continued animation and exploded

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

Played a mission as psyker
Overloaded on peril, went into animation
Struck and fell by an enemy
Was rez’d
Continued animation and exploded killing me

I had a similar issue. I (deliberately) went into peril overload by firing my surge staff at 100% peril. But before I could use my shout ult to vent peril I instantly exploded on the spot and went down. There were no nearby enemies so I’m not sure what happened.
