Explain zealots and ogryns. How many zealots you see in their highest award tunics? How many psykers?

Stall the team, ahve them progress as 3 and just camp and hunt for a freaking dog. Worst penance bby design, and not tot hat its required for cosmetic helmet.
Kill 3 elites by suiciding on heresy+
Maintain full warp charges for 6 minutes on heresy+
Kill 3 elites with burst within 10 s on heresy+
Solo a monstrocity on heresy+ with just brain burst
kill 20 enemies by throwing them off ledge in 2 s, which requires teamwork to both bait the enemies and not kill them.
All of them requires a player to risk ruining a run for 3 players and its just a question how much loading time was, is and will be wasted just to get those.

I agree. The penances for Psyker are unrealistic and off-putting. In fact, for me at least, the class needs a rework

I’m not even going to pretend FS didn’t go way over the top with Psyker Penances, or that they’re good. I’m just saying what they’re MEANT to be.
I agree that other classes have either easier or a tiny miniscule bit less toxic Penances and that Psyker Penances are frustrating garbage.

Most of the psyker ones are awful design:
Cliffhanger - remove/replace it due to encouraging dumb gameplay (or alternatively, turn the F skill into a proper Fus Ro Dah and let the kill count for it be cumulative, not all 20 at once)
Going out with a bang - Same as Cliffhanger, remove/replace it
Monstrorum Malleus (sp) - Only require the Psyker to do damage with Brain Burst. Needing the rest of the entire squad to sit around with their thumb up their butt is stupid
The one requiring full warp charges for 5 mins is reasonable, because that’s something you kinda should be aiming for (esp with certain feats)
Meanwhile I’m all of an investigation mission away on my Vet from the first helmet…but that’s been an issue because in 108 hours played during this past beta, I saw an investigation mission appear once, which I did on my Psyker for the same achieve on it (complete all mission types).

I’ve been trying to complete the Psyker Penance for keeping max warp charge for 5 consecutive minutes. Needless to say, its quite impossible unless perhaps you can get a group of random players to cooperate…near impossible as they always kill the mobs way before my brain burst goes off. I’m quite put off of doing these Psyker Penances at this point. Penances period, need to be reworked ASAP.
I can only hope other class penances are better thought out than the Psyker penances.
