Issue Description:
Randomly either in a game, in the hub or even on the ready up screen before missions. For some reason the came constantly plays the psyker lightning crackle sound. I dont even play a psyker and it just plays it constantly
I had this last night on 11/24. I was playing the Veteran, my friend had just equipped the Surge Staff in the Mourningstar and I heard it from the moment he equipped the weapon to the end of the next strike mission in the forge.
Just happened again at 11/25/2022 10:40PM EST.
Was playing Veteran and the bug started once I loaded into the Mourningstar and continued randomly through the mission. I had the Power Sword Equipped which also has a lightning sound effect.
