so psyker changed alot from the test and closed beta, and not for the better,
the big elephant in the room is offcourse brainburst.
now the amount of brainburst casts isnt the problem, damage is.
it doesnt (or scales bad) with higher difficulty for its cost.
for me brainburst should be a instakill on all units except the ogryns (thick skull n all)
if this was the case, the cost would be on point!
second is the heat mechanic,
first with the preorder beta it felt bad, gained to much warp and vented to slow,
with the recent patch its the other way around, now venting (and even not venting) goes down too fast imo,
best would be somewhere in between, also i would prefer a little longer autovent cd!
third are the staves,
trauma, voidstrike, are good strong and fun to play with.
the lightning one (forgot name) feels iffy, instead of lmb being a single lightning strike that maybe chains to 1 or 2 after the initial target,
it is the boring bolt that 2 other staves have (trauma and void),
also the rmb why is it a charge? why not a channeled ability?
for me the staff would be better if you press rmb for a small charge up and then palpatine untill 100% heat,
with the lmb being a quick small chain that chains 1 or 2 times after the initial charge!
the fire staff is okay apart from the rmb again, why charge and not channel? lmb is good!
and fourth, the force sword, i get why you want to put heat on the push,
but every other weapon you can push alot more, why not put it on the damage?
edit: before i forget, i believe there is a bug with warp charges atm, mine stack up to 4 instead of 3?
