Issue Description (Required):

Psyker “Charged Strike” talent will not proc any talents or blessings nor give any kill credit for kills by its dot. It also doesn’t seem to count as warp damage like all other lightning, appearing unaffected by warp damage amps.

Steps to Reproduce (Required):

  1. Go into any mission or meat grinder
  2. Weaken enemy so Charged Strike dot kills them
  3. Note no talents, blessings, armor, or kill sound triggers

this is still not fixed even with buffed charged strike, it doesn’t proc malefic momentum when its clearly warp damage for example
