Problems with mods

ive never had this much trouble with mods before but wahts happening is i will open the game and try tweaking mods for like 5 mins or load into a mission for about the same amount of time then the game will crash an a bunch of different pop ups will occur and when i try to relaunch the game nothing happens but the same pop up. ive tried a bunch of different ways to fix it but im not the best with this kind of stuff and am haveing troubles any help would be much appreciated

I think the mods could be unrelated in this case. The error being produced is DXGI_ERROR_UNSUPPORTED which indicates a driver/GPU incompatibility.
