Potion of Prophetic Strike and improved versions are swapped

The Potion of Prophetic Strike [Liquid Bravado] does not appear to be using the correct values. The base potion grants 150% increased damage for 25 seconds. With Decanter (Which grants improved potions) the bonus is 100% for 15 seconds.
